Dot Tracking on Multiple targets

Two questions. First what is everyone using to keep track off dots rolling on targets that arent your current target? I see gnosis alot but i cannot figure out unit frames for gnosis unless someone has a string they would like to share. Currently i am using kuiplates (i hate tidy plates) and i am trying out ellipsis for tonights raid.

Also i am at a crossroads on whether to enchant for mastery or crit? Right now on heroic butcher i dont feel like destro is that much ahead of affliction and thats with full crit enchants. With all the heavy movement encounters i find myself using affliction on virtually every fight except butcher. I am starting to hear that mastery is good for destro too even though it sims less. What are you guys running?

I've used the below in the past for multiple targets and it did the trick.

For Destro I've been running crit. I'm sure Mastery is not horrible, but I'd guess the reason you will see others using it as a preference is how it lets you offspec into demo or aff pretty easy.

For DoT tracking Weak Auras for my target and focus. Tidy plates for all mobs. I also use Gnosis but only as a cast bar.
