Failing to change all in-game fonts

Maybe this deserves its own thread.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to change ALL my fonts to one.



The fonts in any menu, my quest tracker, and the charges on my abilities won't change no matter what I do. I'e tried Fontain, I've tried making a folder called Fonts and tricking the game into thinking that I'm using Arial an Frizz, I've even tried Malsumis Font Changer.

I used Tekticles last night, and I'm afraid that that's had some impact. Any advice? :X

The easiest and most complete way to replace all fonts is the Fonts folder trick. There are five main fonts the game uses, so you need five font files of the same font using the following names:

FRIZQT__.ttf (the main UI font - NPC names, player names, spell names, item names, buffs, quest log text, combat text, button text)
ARIALN.ttf (chat font, info text, small text)
skurri.ttf (default unit frame combat text)
MORPHEUS.ttf (mail text, quest log header text)
FRIENDS.ttf (friends list text)

There are two underscores in the FRIZQT filename. Here's a screenshot of my Fonts folder:



Those are the main fonts, but the game uses a total of 26 fonts. If you find some obscure text that doesn't seem to change no matter what you do, then go crazy with 26 files in the font folder. Here's a screenshot of the Fonts folder in the CASC files:



There are three underscores in the FRIZ CYR filename and five underscores in the NIM filename.

EDIT: Oh, an Aurora issue. Oh well, now you know all the font files. I also noticed there's copies of font files there. There should be 19 files total.
