You can't just mash your buttons on a death knight, you have to always have enough runes to press death strike whenever you need. That means only pressing DS when you almost have your second set of runes fully regenerated.
Yeah, I just got WoD today, so I am not into 91+ or multistrike stuff. Sounds like the class changed quite a bit.
