Resto Druid HOTW vs NV

In mythic highmaul progression I was wondering what would be the better talent choice to take, HOTW or NV? HoTW combined with ToL can pump out massive amounts of heals but with the 6min cooldown, however NV only on a 1.5minute cooldown. Is HOTW better for every fight? Or do you alternate based on the fight?

4/7 Mythic atm and I've used NV on every kill. HotW is excellent if you have a designated time where you raid really needs that healing boost. It's certainly a powerful ability, especially with ToL. I think they're both viable on any fight (thought I definitely lean towards NV on Twins since it's up for every Quake). I would honestly say it's whichever suits your style, and your raid environment the best.

If using ToL and high reju use>NV otherwise HOTW.
