Story-wise: Remove Thrall from being the one who killed Garrosh and replace the entire scene with Garrosh gloating while we see someone stealthed sneaking up in the background and then having Garrosh look shocked and confused, swing his axe around to miss his assailant and ultimately touch his back to find he's bleeding out. The person who did it? An as-yet unheard of troll, blood elf or tauren who calmly explains that they've lost everything because of him and he got all the warning and honor that said assailants friends and family did. Then we simply see him struggle to reach this person until he finally buckles and dies in a puddle of his own blood. Said NPC is never seen again.

Gameplay-wise: For the Apexis dailies to have an actual cluster of quests and not just "do anything and hearth back when you see the ding."
