Setup for 27 inch monitor

Hello, I was wondering if this set up will be able to handle BenQ GW2765HT at 2560x1440, or if not what would need to be upgraded and to what (talking about 20+ raiding here):
Motherboard: GA-Z77-UD3H
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k LGA 1155
Graphic Card: AMD Radeon 7800
Ram: Goodram (solid, polish company) 8gb DDR3
SSD: Kingston SSD 120gb hard drive
If the upgrade would be too expensive gonna go for Dell U2414H. Thank you in advance for all constructive input.

I'd say you'd looking at an R9 280X or GTX 970.

Go with the 970 if you can afford it, it's so cheap now aswell, worth every penny ^^ You'll need it to power a 1440p screen
