was actually an addon blocking questpopup (might aswell add this incase happens to someone else)

I had the same issue on a char. Had a quest in my log to give a peace offering to an arrakoa in between Axefall and Veil Terokk. It did not show up on my map, but there was still a quest in my log but seeing I had a lot there from other zones as well I did not see it at once. Hope this helps
