What stats do i priorities when getting gear and enchanting it?

Noxxic says that i should go Multistrike > Agility = PvP Power > Versatility > Mastery > Crit > Haste for MM pvp, but askmrrobot suggest that i enchant my gear with crit. What am i actually supposed to prioritize in pvp and pve ?
