We're looking for one Resto Druid, Holy Paladin or Mistweaver. You should have a minimum of a 650 ilvl and have already completed at least most of Heroic Highmaul.
<Resonate> has a long history of successfully completing current content at a hard-core pace while raiding a casual schedule. We began raiding in the beginning of Cataclysm and have cleared every tier since, on heroic and before nerfs. Our efforts in Cataclysm culminated in a US 26th Heroic Madness kill. We completed T14 US 27th. In Throne of Thunder we scored a US 12th Heroic Lei Shen kill and we finished Heroic Siege of Orgrimmar US 15th, US 1st for our 3 night / 12 hour schedule.
We raid Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 8:00 - 12:00 PM EST.
Unlike most guilds that advertise a similar schedule, we really do only raid 12 hours a week. We will never end raid after 12:15 and we don't raid extra days.
Because of our short schedule, we expect all raiders to have knowledge of the fights before we pull. No one wants to be that person who holds the raid back because they didn't do their due diligence.
