The EVGA might be from shipping costs but the Seasonic isn't.
If you must insist on using a non-sanctioned sitting apparatus, please consider the tensile strength
of the materials present in the object in question in comparison to your own mass volumetric density.

Had you had bought the EVGA when it was linked it was well within your price range. Sale seems to be gone as off today though.

About $53, $63 before rebate. You'll be sacrificing quite a bit of quality if you choose anything cheaper. Also an option to buy it for $59 with no rebate.
EDIT: And yea didn't even realize what Target was talking about, the Seasonic unit is $55 with the promo code listed in the link and an equal quality choice to the XFX linked above as the XFX is just a Seasonic OEM anyways.
