Use it, its BiS trinket until the next raid. Both highmaul trinkets suck for ret, well the tectus one is fine but dont we all have 2 trinket slots? I also bought one yesterday for my ret for 44k tho.

100k seems a little excessive, but I guess it depends on server. Goes for about 45-60k on mine.
