how do you change forms effectively in PvP as Moonkin?

Do you use a macro to get back into moonkin form efficiently? Been leveling balance for pvp but I often find myself casting in elf form or bumbling about trying to click the moonkin button. Is there such a macro that would swap me into moonkin form if not already, then cast moonfire or something as I dont want to use one of my main binds as a form changer.
