[H] Apex on Twisting Nether recruiting for Mythic

Apex is a 4-day progression-focused raiding guild with it’s roots going back to Vanilla days, with the raiding side of things getting a lot better during Mists of Pandaria. We aim to clear all content before new content is released, while still keeping an enjoyable atmosphere during the raids.

We had some restructuring in the guild going into WoD so we had a slow start, however now we have sorted it out and are looking to catch up and get back to where we are supposed to be. To do so we need some fresh blood to strengthen the roster by replacing the bad players.

What are we recruiting?
DPS:

• Warrior - Medium
• Windwalker Monk - High
• Retribution Paladin - high
  
• Elemental Shaman - High
• Shadow Priest - Medium
• Warlock - High
  
• Healers:
• Restoration Shaman - High
• Mistweaver Monk - High

While these are the classes we mainly want, any and all exceptional players are always welcome to apply!

Requirements:

• A reliable player: We want you to be able attend at least 85% of the raids, however most of our raiders sit at 95%+ attendance
• Skill: We want someone who knows their class in and out, and should the class have several specs you should be able to play them all at a high level.
• Preparation: Going into a new boss you should know all the mechanics ahead of time as well as how the fight itself works.
• Communication: We use Teamspeak and it is required during raids. A microphone available for use is preferable and somewhat expected however not fully required.
• Gear: Be fully enchanted and gemmed with a decent item level. At the very least 650+ with the 680 ring, however higher is preferable.

What we can offer you:

• Structured and organised raiding, with a fun but serious raiding environment.
• A trial period of 3 weeks. This may be shorter for whatever reason but it’ll never go longer than that.
• A loot distribution system which is a mix of mainly EPGP, but also some loot council in the mix for items such as tier, trinkets and weapons.
• Progression spots based on performance; we will always be taking our best players for progression as long as the raid comp allows for it.
