WC3 remake looks impressive but i am not really sure if thats a great idea considering Blizzard gave up on Warcraft RTS years ago due to their stupid policy of 1 IP per genre

I'd be really interested if they did WC1 and WC2 remakes too. Maybe they are?

I just hope Blizzard is secretly making a Warcraft 4 (rts), I don't care what the story is so much as I just want a new warcraft RTS.
I mean think of the possibilities with all the stuff we have now... So fun.

It is a problem. Non-toy toys, 12 types of follower upgrades... I thought the materials stuff was nice since i can just put stacks in the bank and craft using banked ores and herbs; however, this didn't solve enough problems compared with how many new items created. I have the same amount of bag room in this xpac as I did in previous ones...which isn't very much.

The WC3 mod is very graphically impressive. However, the original is still superior for 1 reason: ladders. Plus, WC3 still has very good graphics.a

Well, good news! It'll be on the StarCraft II arcade, which is completely free to play. You only need to buy SC2 to play the campaign and ladder.

As far as I know, that's not a policy. I saw an interview around Blizzcon where they even said Warcraft IV is something they often think about, and is something they might consider doing after the team is done with Starcraft II.

Also, Blizzard's SC art team is actually making updated versions of all the Warcraft III units for use with the Galaxy Editor.

StarCraft II has full support for WarCraft III style items and equipment.

They are planning on updating all the races and maps first. The campaign comes later.
