    Wasn't clear whether you had a monitor because you stated no pref for res; and if by none you meant you had none for the rest of the peripherals; they are so personal you would need to pick them out for yourself anyway ... should be able to get a halfway decent ones for the leftover in the budget; though they may not be have fancy led lighting or funky designs

    WoW only uses two cores; so faster 2 core cpu for less works the best when on a budget. If you have a monitor and don't need a optical drive, and you also don't need any other peripherals, then I'd upgrade the gpu with the remaining budget.

    You could step up to this gpu http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga...rd-02gp42770kr if you removed the optical drive and monitor and still hit 700 Euros;

    in fact, just double checked, you could even up the cpu speed a bit to 3.8 GHz: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i34370 AND get a 970 ACX 2.0 SC: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga...rd-04gp42974kr
    and have be about 20 under the budget, which you can see the build here:

    Thats kinda way too cheap for that PC :P The GPU alone is half the cost of it.

    If you change the PSU to something decent, the rest is your average budget PC build but with a very strong card o.O

    RAM isnt too awesome either but doesnt make much difference.

    Change the PSU asap and the build is decent.

    Adding an SSD (Not a kingston one) will push it to 850 though, unless you dont get a 240-250-256 and go for 120-128 it should go around 820.
