How important is weapon damage and DPS?
Compare to getting 2 of the best secondary stats compare to the 2 shittiest ones.

The staff. 90% of the time with Ferals Agi>Wdps>everything else when it comes to weapons.

You sure AGI sims higher per point than DPS on a weapon? Haven't really done any simming this expansion, but I thought they had similar weights per single point if anything.

Regardless you typically go with item level for weapons. A 10 item level difference (higher agi, higher dps) makes the decision extremely easy. If it were much closer you could look at it, but not in this case.

Depends what you're simming, for single target wDPS will typically be higher but they're similar.
