Seraphim bugged or?

So I go into an LFR to help a friend out, I normally pump like 28 - 32k with Seraphim and Sanctified Wrath. 667 ilvl. However I go into this LFR next thing I know butcher: 23k even though I am doing everything right. I go to see Final Verdict and DP on patchwerk style like fights (as in tank/spank) and im doing 28k+ again. So my question would be is anyone else noticing this and if so did Seraphim get a ninja nerf, bugged or did I just have bad luck and I am being bad?!?

LFR = Low DPS; Low DPS = Longer boss kills; Longer boss kills = Lower DPS from you.

Makes sense... but it was enough to make me go "Dafuq is going on O.O?" because I havent stepped really into LFR at all.
