Razer Synapse and Razer Naga Mouse Problems

Hello there. Sorry for my english I'm not native.

So, I got a similar problem with my Razer Naga Hex. It began 4 hours ago. At the very beginning I had some freezes and I followed what Tziva said

Completely uninstall synapse. Reboot. Reinstall synapse. Reboot. Should finally see the mouse.

Now, I can't even move my cursor. My old Lachesis still works. I don't know what to do. I'm going to uninstall synapse again and reinstall it after a new reboot.

I had some other issues with ma keyboard. Razer + Logitech = drivers problem.

Edit : Almost 24 hours later. The mouse stop respondig except for clics. I tested it on another computer, same problem. Replugged it 2 minutes ago, it works again but randomly freezes. I'm gonna buy a new mouse.
