Ret can't heal to full in two seconds. Just sayin' if I'm really low on health, I run out of mana before getting to full if I don't get a lot of crits. Before the FoL nerf, I could always get to full before bubble ran out, but now I can't.

Perhaps you could stop trying to write as if you're trying to reproduce a particular sound and use the language as she are written? I know that isn't cool and all, but it is intelligible. Punctuation and other nuances might also help.

WoD PvP design philosophy is to only look at a very narrow area (3v3 for the very top rated game play ONLY) so Blizzard would need to change the design philosophy which may not be in the hands of just the design team...it may even involve company directors I really don't know!

In any case the business decision was to adopt a balance methodology that pretty much excludes 9x% of the player base!!!
