In gorgrond you have to chose betwewn 2 structures, lowlands lumber yard and savage fight club.

"The Lowlands Lumber yard will produce daily materials and reduce the cost of garrison buildings."

"The savage fight club will provide training missions to improve your followers."


These things didn't give me anyhting,are these bugged or what?

They're just for flavour. The only thing the outposts affect are what ability you can use in the region, and the questline (and follower at the end) they give.
