«Break Stuff» is a newly formed guild by a strong core of mythic players with alts in Draenor. We are looking to build a mature community made out of responsible, talented individuals for progressing in the most challenging part of the game, with our aim being HFC Mythic completion and preparation for what Legion has to offer.

Furthermore, we are interested in making this guild as much of a social experience as we can - everybody will know everybody by their name/nickname, not just character name. Mythic or Timewalking dungeons, dailies, even some arenas, anything the game has to offer besides raiding at our usual time, we're willing to do together. That said, socials are welcome within our ranks.

Our primary goal as of the moment is to expand our core into a solid 20-man raiding team; to create an appropriate environment for mythic progression, with focused and committed raiders that meet all the standards listed below.

What we require from our raiders:

* Playing the game consciously and with awareness
* High attendance, close to 100%
* Maximizing your character's potential (this should go without saying: enchants/gems/food/flasks/runes, IF they are not available from the guild bank)
* Ability to listen and execute the RL's orders
* Desire to improve and topple greater challenges every time
* Ideal knowledge of your class
* Ability to play your OS with respectable results, if not equal to your MS. For pure DPS classes, ability to play all specs
* Full knowledge of the encounter we are about to tackle before we even start
* Ability to put your thoughts into words. Communication is key
* Ability to handle criticism and put it to good use. We're not going anywhere if we don't improve
* Personal development above primary school level. We're all adults, let us act like it
* Having and making use of all the addons/software necessary for raiding, such as LootCouncil & TS3
* A PC and internet connection good enough for raiding without interruptions in a 20-man raid group

DPS is of high priority! Any dps but mage or hunter is encouraged to apply!

Tanks are of medium priority
Healers are of low priority

Wednesday: 18:45 - 22:00
Sunday: 18:45 - 22:00
Monday: 18:45 - 22:00
Raid times can be extended by pull or two, not more
