Quest Item Transmog

Is it possible to somehow get old quest rewards for transmog purposes? There is a chest piece from a cataclysm quest I have already completed, and it is the only item with that model. Is there any way I can get it?

Not possible atm, but I would love a way to get back old items, specially the ones previous to Cataclysm, when there wasn't a transmog system.
