DBM VEM plugin, how to turn up the volume ?

So basicaly I play with music and sound effects on, with my master volume at about 15% and I believe this is causing the VEM woman to sound like shes wispering, I cant hear her at all. How can i turn up ehr volume whithout turning up the music and the sound effects as well ?

Turn up master volume and turn everything else down maybe?
