It says uploaded by Mordigem, and there is a mage in there by that name, so I would guess that is them.

Mordigem ranked in the top 60 on both fights. Yeah I know it's LFR and not many people log it and not many people use WoL anymore, but there's 0 reason to be diving into logs until we know who they are.
