    Starting location for Horde Garrison campaign: crows in the field?

    I am 99% sure this is my weekly Garrison campaign but for the life of me I can't find the npcs which starts the quest line. Anyone know?

    Choluna stands about halfway between the entrance to your main building and the Menagerie building. She is a female Tauren druid dressed in Druid tier 6 (Thunderheart) armor.
