Running day or night?

I prefer running at night (is nice to have a lot of space for you and only you to run around also... is not freaking hot that way)

I prefer early mornings at around 6 or 7.

I find I prefer to run at night, I dont know why maybe its because theres nobody walking around or maybe its because it isn't busy during the night hours with cars flying up and down the street.

What about you do you like running during the day or during the night?

I like running at night, get a really good head torch and its a great experience. I like trail running at night, and I'm strange in that I like runnign in the rain

not sure I'd like running at night on roads though, enough shit drivers in daytime, let alone at night.
