Google wallet to pay for character services?

Is there any way for Google Play cards to be used to pay for ingame items (celestial steeds) or services (race change, face customization) via Google Wallet?
I don't know what other subforum would be appropriate so I posted it here.

I have a google wallet account, and asked for a google wallet card, and received one in the mail. It works exactly like a debit card- you load money on it and it's charged and treated like a debit/credit card. As long as you have the proper amount of money for the services you're purchasing, I see no reason why you couldn't use it.
