Entering heroic raids without achievement

Question, I haven't killed Deathwing on normal yet... Can I enter heroic if I join someone who does have the achievement?

You need to fully clear on normal

as long as the party leader has the achievment you can enter his heroic instance

Go in on normal, make the raidleader change it to heroic. You wont get booted out.

Achievements don't affect it because achievements are account wide.

To be able to do heroic leader must have killed boss on normal before on character he's entering raid with. Also you must clear all previous bosses on heroic to be able to kill Deathwing on heroic.
