Mythic Tectus, should I BoP over euphoria?

Since the adds are continuous after tectus goes down in Mythic, seems BoP might be better, if it wasn't already on tectus in Heroic/Normal.

Also, other than the opener when should i utilize CA the second time?

BOP yes. Second CA if you aren't meeting the dps check when the two shards are at 20% (lust is normally used during this) else save for the motes
