Yes, with all the buffs to other classes' mastery, it would be possible we're getting something new, especially considering we have far and away the worst mastery of all dps specs ingame. Just buffing the numbers to keep it in line with other stats would lead sooner or later to 100% TeB uptime, which I think isn't really their intention.
I still do expect a nerf to our cleave, and a little single target / aoe buff in compensation, too. Niches are nice, but in the current state (best cleave class ingame, worst aoe class - looking at logs from Kargath, Margok, Tectus and Koragh - and quite bad single target - considering the PvP 2p nerf) is a bit too extreme.
