Combat stats priority on SC

I'm currently playing a combat rogue, at a ilvl of 668;
and I'm kind of confused with the stats priority as stats weight shown on shadowcraft and class guides on the web (such as icy veins or noxxic) seems to disagree.

According to icy veins and noxxic, stats priority should be Haste > Multi. > Mastery > Crit >= Vers.

however shadowcraft simulation on my character tells me it should be Haste > Multi. > Crit > Vers. > Mastery

Is SC stats weight accurate? if it is, is the discrepancy due to my iLvl?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone can clarify this issue for me. Thanks!

In full generality:

Before tier sets:
Haste > Multi > Mastery > Vers > Crit

After tier sets:
Multi = Haste > Ver >= Mastery > Crit

But, as always, you should always simulate or use shadowcraft, preferably both.

Not for my gear. Latest simcraft says following: 674ilvl and 2k haste rating unbuffed, haste was still 0.5dps per rating ahead of multistrike and multistrike being bit less than 0.5dps above rest even with my abysmally low multistrike ratings (around 500).
Sim your character to be sure.

How about for pvp? I was going with master>Haste>versa>???

That sounds about right. Multistrike is getting equal or better than haste in the 67Xilvl range.

But as it was already said. Sim your toon with Stat Weigts turned on, Center Scale Delta on and decent ammount of iterations.
