Dagger dilema...

...dear rogues, atm in mh I have hc Ko'ragh's Boot Knife (ilvl 670), but due to really bad or poor secondary stats for assassination, do you maybe think it is better choice to use Primal Gladiator's Shanker (ilvl 660) with better stats for my current spec but lower dmg output?

As Maxie said, sim yourself with the daggers. Most likely the 670 dagger is going to come ahead due to weapon dps.

Doubt you even need to sim it, better secondary stats won't make up for 10 ilvl difference.

its actually incredibly close for me on offhand. 670 still comes out 0.5% ahead.

I'm using Koraghs boot knife + the twin axe when playing Sub.
I'd recommend playing combat for most of the bosses in HM though. Only Kargath (unless you are supposed to get chainhurled), Butcher and Koragh are actually single target fights.
