2/7M <Synchronous> - Stormrage

Thank you for taking the time to view our guild, [A] <Synchronous> - Stormrage server.

<Synchronous> is a relatively new guild currently Ranked 21 on Stormrage and is 2/7M. We are still looking for exceptional players as we progress through Mythic Highmaul and into Blackrock Foundry.

Loot:
We use a Master loot with MS>OS robin style loot system. Loot council comes into play in regards of prioritizing gear towards roles that will benefit our raid composition, such as tier tokens for set bonuses.

Guild Atmosphere:
We offer a prepared, respectful and professional raiding environment. Any kind of negativity is frowned upon and will be
squashed as soon as it appears, but that has yet to happen. After taking a trial run with us and seeing our raiding style
we've had 5 raiders transfer over to join our guild. The members of our guild are a mature group of individuals, for that we ask that
applicants be 18+ to apply. We will act like clowns at times, but when it comes to pulls jokes are pushed aside.

Our raid times are Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:00pm – 11:00pm EST. We are looking to increase the times of raid by an hour for the first week or two when Blackrock Foundry is released.

The classes we are looking for are as follows as of 1/10/2015:

Healers:
Holy Paladin - High
Resto Druid - Medium
Resto Shaman - Medium
Mistweaver - Medium

DPS:
Warlock – High
Windwalker Monk - High
Elemental Shaman - Low
Feral Druid - Medium
Mage - Low
Hunter - Low
Ret Paladin - Low
Shadow Priest - Low
All other exceptional DPS are encouraged to put in an application.


What we ask of our applicants:
Prior to the start of the raid, be on Mumble
Applicants be over the age of 18
Have some Mythic progression experience and item level of 665+
