To form a highly competent raid group that is drama free and able to swiftly progress relevant content, pre-nerf, and obtain respectable realm and world rankings while maintaining a more sociable raiding timetable of 3 nights per week.
Raid Days and Times:
Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 20:00 server time until 23:30 server time.
Raider Expectations:
* To pro-actively research new raid encounters and ensure that all relevant mechanics are understood, with ideas for methods by which the raiders class can be used to counter specific mechanics.
* To be online in game and on voice coms 15 minutes before raid times, with all required consumables in their backpacks.
* To be confident enough to speak to officers with problems or ask for help when needed, rather than keeping quiet and letting issues escalate.
* We don't want to summon you, we don't allow people to go do Garrison stuff while we raid.
* Attendance. We are going to raid at least 3 days a week (20 to 23:30) during progression, and we need people who can attend most of our raids.
* Communication. We need you to have a microphone, and we need you to speak when
necessary.
* Social skills. We don't need you to be Mr. Friendly with everyone, but we expect you to be able to handle criticism and jokes on your behalf.
* Experience. We expect you to have a certain amount of ability and experience when it comes to end-game raiding.
* Dedication. You will be required to level and maintain at least one raiding alt, for progression purposes. You will also have to attend raids on the PTR servers.

- An extremely dedicated end-game raiding guild that strives to be among the best, and is comprised of highly experienced people with different MMO backgrounds and years of WoW end-game raiding under their belt. The guild is founded upon a stable core of people that have ensured a solid and mature foundation. Please note that the language is rated R, and as such, if you are easily offended then Auva is not the guild for you.
- For now, we are open both to individual applicants and larger packages of people. There will be a lot of changes and roster shakeups in guilds in the next few months. If you think that you (and your friends) can do better than what your current guild situation will allow, let us know.
