Ret/Hunter/healer. Your choice in healer can be pretty much anything, with restodruids edging out on top by a short margin.
Ret/Afflock/Restodruid or Restosham also works well.

You could run a hilarious comp of Ret/Ret/DK. Can burst pretty much anything down

Ret/Hunter is probably the strongest ret comp, but there are a few other good ones too. Ret/Rogue is okay, and Ret/DK is good too.
As for the healer, Druids > Monks > Shamans > Paladins > Priests for all of those comps.
