About us
Parity is an English speaking, high-end PvE raiding guild on Al'Akir (EU). Our main focus is 20 man Mythic raiding with our main objective being to clear all content whilst it's current and obtain respectable rankings within the World Of Warcraft Community.

We are particularly looking for the classes below:

Resto Druid
Retribution Paladin
Elemental / Resto Shaman
Shadow Priest
Mages

Achievements
We've previously achieved both #1 Garrosh 10M-HC Speed and execution rank.

Schedule
Our official raiding times are:

Thursdays: 19:30 - 23:30
Sundays: 19:30 - 23:30
Mondays: 19:30 - 23:30

All of our members are expected to be able to attend all raids at these "official" times. If a player can't attend anymore than that nor participate in an early start or play longer than the official raiding schedule, it's still acceptable. However; "Official" raiding times are mandatory, any other time spent raiding is a bonus. During progression raids, we may extend slightly if we feel the need to do so.

Raiding
Raiding is mandatory. All members are expected to raid as much as possible. Having alt(s) is strongly encouraged as this helps us to class stack or min max our lineup based on the encounter. Players are rotated, we keep favoritism somewhat low and offer everybody the chance. However, we won't trade raid strength for fair rotation on a difficult progress boss fight. Stronger performing players will be prefered. The guild also covers repair costs, funds gems, enchants and some consumables for core-members

The Recruit
We are looking for players that want to raid and can maintain as close to 100% attendance as possible. This is especially important for progress raids. The recruit has to be competitive not only with their respective spec or class but across the board in general. We are looking for players that want to deliver flawless performance and aren't content with being average. We encourage our members to provide ideas and feedback as this in turn helps to improve the Guild's performance as a whole so we require that you are able to talk freely.

There is no specific gear requirement to join once progression has finished as we have recruited and geared up several under geared players in the past so long as they show that they fit in and manage to convince us that they are going to be worth the effort in the long run.
