wasn't there mutants or something that crawled or something in one of the first missions, i thought they exploded or maybe i'm just going insane trying to defragment my mind. not exactly dogs but maybe close enough. it probably isn't the game the OP was thinking about, i just saw futuristic and though 'ahh i know what it might be'
