    Cross Realm Mythic and Competition/Recruiting

Hey guys, WarcraftDevs announced earlier today that cross realm mythic will be available in patch 6.2. On top of the obvious possibility of PuG Mythic Groups(oh, these will be exciting to watch), what do you guys think this change's impact will be on guild competitiveness and recruiting?

To me it seems that realm transferring has been a major obstacle to very high skilled players looking to join competitive raiding guilds on other servers. Whether it be a financial barrier or the fear of leaving a comfortable community, I would imagine that some hardcore players settle for the best guilds their servers can provide and just make do. Will this change as players can now have the best of both worlds? Could you see world-firsts going to organized groups that are a collection of the very very best individuals across various realms? This could be gamechanger in recruiting and future guild competition for raids in my opinion.

    What are your thoughts?

It's only cross-realm Highmaul(and I'd imagine BRF), not current content.

Good catch, did not see that it specified Highmaul!
