So as a warrior I want that sweet on use str trinket but I can't find it on my Orc when i check Alliance characters on the armory they have it whats the sitch? Anyone know how i can get it?

You cannot, it was changed, and its only old tooltip on armory.

Alliance rulz. It's a human exclusive trinket to enforce the blues!

Or it's just an armory bug, as the IG trinket is passive (small amount of) versatility / on use strenght... Pick your choice (hint: 2nd one).
