<Elevate> is a new found guild focusing on raiding and progressing through content with a group of like-minded individuals. Currently, the core roster is comprised of experienced raiders who are mostly 7/7h and we are looking for others who seek to start pushing into Mythic content as a core group.

Expectations:

All raiders will be expected to attend raids consistently and come to every raid prepared for progressing through the content. This means researching your class and the potential encounters that we may progress through. If we find that a player is under performing in comparison to the potential of his class given the gear he has, that player WILL be confronted and potentially be sat/replaced for progression.

We are currently recruiting every and all classes for progression!

We try to minimize favoritism as much as possible, however we do use a loot council system and will award the player that will benefit the raid the most from the piece of gear.
