I did a 47 hour long eve session before, but man by the end im seeing stuff and hearing stuff, it's really hard being up that long. Gotta treat every 12 hours as a day, dinner, breakfast, lunch etc etc.

So...he had a heart attack and its the fault of gaming? At a cafe im sure there is plenty of caffiene around, maybe blame his intake, which had to be high enough to stay awake for 3 days?
No, ofc its the fault of the game he was playing, no existing medical reason or chemicals.

Internet Cafe? Check. These things seem to almost always involve one. Moral of the story? Those workers need to seriously ensure the customers take breaks.
