Which World of Warcraft Cinematic Is Your Favorite?

Of course, I'm speaking of the pre-rendered videos that launched with the base game and every expansion, not patch trailers or in-game questing cinematics.

For a long time, my favorite was The Burning Crusade. I also get a chill up my spine every time Deathwing busts out of Deepholm and you hear the Stormwind refrain play as he flies over Auberdine and Stormwind in the one for Cataclysm. And the end of Mists of Pandaria's always gives me goosebumps. But I think Wrath of the Lich King has taken the top spot for me. It's so perfect and well rounded and the music... my god, the music.

Which is your favorite?

The only one I even like at all is the WOTLK one. It's lore-full and "epic", fits the tone of everything.

I think the others give either a misleading tone of what the game is like, or are just a bit overdone to the point of just flat out contrasting with the game way too much.

Seriously though, such a badass opening as well as seeing the Legion getting snubbed hardcore. Watched it many times more than I should have.

The first one, I like the collection of nameless heroes as a set up for the game much more than later intros.

I love the Warlords one. I don't like Garrosh at all, but it gave me chills every time I saw him tell Gul'dan, "Times change."

I just like the others more, I guess.

I like all of them for different reasons.

WoD and WotLK for they are lore heavy.
Cata for its pure epicness and explosion.
MoP for its light-hearted style and some underlying meaning.
Vanilla for its vanilla.
BC is my least favorite one but it has Illidan.

Probably TBC for me. the Illidan voice actor sent shivers down my spine the first time i watched it. WotLK is close second though.
