What's so bad about the comment? Is the person not autistic and you find them being called autistic insulting? Are they a degenerate? Is it just a lame insult from an asshole? Whatever the case may be I have found that laughing at people makes them even more upset and fun to watch.
You could try doing nothing. Simply ignore stupid internet people. Not every verbal slight needs to be avenged.
Remember: Neither you, nor your friend nor anyone else in the world can ever be harmed by mere words.

whether or not other people find the comment insulting is irrelevant. if you feel it was wrong then you can try reporting it again and giving more detail. from the response you got it seems like they were looking at the photo and not the comments made about the photo. if you really feel strongly about it then report it again and see what happens. if you don't get the response you'd like then you could try an escalate the issue with their support team. it all matters how much effort you want to put in over one comment.

Is your friend an autistic degenerate? If yes, it's not an insult, move along.
If no, and it really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really super duper matters to you this bad, have your friend pursue defamation charges.
Cyber bullying...!? That Tyler Twitter post above has a point.
I guess that, just as with regular (oldskool) bullying, it's only affective on a certain type of people.
