Resolve was founded in the late Mist of Pandaria, just weeks before Warlords of Draenor expansion (2014-10-19). Resolve is a Swedish guild. Resolve intention is to clear the content that Warlords of Draenor has to offer on Mythic when the content is currently fresh. We gonna take the rest of what's left in Mist of Pandaria to continue building our core (really soon finished with our core group.)

Resolve recruitment needs at the moment is:
★ Resolve is currently open for suggesstions, we search any class and specs at the moment, if you are a strong player with a great raiding history from the past/current content & eager to improve as a player all the time we might be intrested in hearing from you.
Listed below is what you can expect from Resolve as a community.
★ Resolve has a strong leadership with years of experience in raiding/leading guilds throughout the years, the majority of our core has a great raiding history ever since vanilla until now.
★ Steady progression durning new content, mythic is what count for us in Warlords of Draenor.
★ Our guild bank will provide & aid the raid with banquets & repairs/flask during raids.
★ Resolve and it's core has the will to improve and progress when new content is out. When new content is out we might add a fourth day to the schedule for a period (a month period) to increase the speed of progression slightly. After the increased raiding day schedule we'll again fall back to a relaxing 3 days raiding schedule for the rest of the progression. We'll add that fourth day if players are up for it ever now and then though.
★ Our goal is to do progressive raiding while having a laidback raiding atmosphere. Laughing and toying around during farm is alright, until an extend, you gotta know when to be quiet also. During progression its full focus, no toying around or anything like that, during progress, its focus time & we demand our raiding core to be 100% focused.
★ Resolve as a community in whole is a friendly and welcoming place to be in. We have loads of alt runs going on off raiding days/challenge modes/rated bgs e.t.c - There's always a bunch of people hanging around on our mumble channel. Our connection in the social aspect as a guild is really strong, people enjoy talking for long hours until the late night and have a blast together. The bond as a guild is what really make us special as a guild!
What does Resolve expect from you as an individual player?
★ We expect our trials/raiders to have close to 100% raiding attendance during progression. We are running a tight core so your raiding availability has to be top notch (we obviously understand that real life commitments occurs sometimes, and thats okay.) Have in mind that during progression our raiding schedule will increase slightly for a period of a month.
★ Resolve expect both our trials and raiders to know their class inside & out. Know when to swap glyphs/talents/gems is required. You must be able to play all your speccs close , close to perfection. Read up on class changes in patches that will be released soon.
★ Stay up to date with the patches, both in the class changes and raiding changes e.t.c
★ During raids, stay positive, always come to the raid and bring your ''A-game.'' We want quality over quantity in our raids.
★ As individual you are constantly theorycrafting/trying out new sort of things to improve as a player. Your mindset is competive and you want to push for better progression each content that will be out, your major goal as a player is to evolve. You are eager for more progression!
★ When you are joining our raids you are up to date with the bosses we're fighting against, you have theorycrafted the tactics. You are prepared for wipes,and you have your real life commitment done before joining a raid.
Loot method in Resolve is loot council.
We are trying to deal out the loots to whoever deserve it. We look at both attendance and players who are performing the best. But also who needs the upgrade the most. Our goal is not to gear a specific player, but build the whole entier raid stronger overall. We arent fond with gear horny players, gearing up the whole raiding team is our goal.
★ We'll raid three times per week, and during progression we will add a fourth day for a month period. After that period we'll fall back to a relaxing three days a week raiding schedule again. The days we raid on is
★Wednesday 19.15-23.00 server time CET
★Thursday 19.15-23.00 server time CET (Thursday will be removed after the increased month period is over.)
★Sunday 19.15-23.00 server time CET
★Monday 19.15-23.00 server time CET
★Friday - Alt run - 20.00-23.00 server time CET (Dont have to attend, but a plus if you can.)
