If you were my boyfriend, you would no longer be my boyfriend after I found out. It'd be better if she heard it from you because coming from her sister makes that whole situation far worse.

Doesn't really matter if anyone on this forum tells you you were justified or not, it depends on how your GF feels about it. I doubt you will get much sympathy here either, if you hadn't got caught you apparently would just not tell her, so that makes it pretty clear you consider it cheating.
Short Version: It is probably over man, just move on as gracefully as possible under the circumstances.
chances are you're fucked, if you don't tell her and others do you can guarantee you're fucked because then you're making it much worse.
fastest way to end a relationship is do something wrong then don't confess or lie about it because that just makes it 10 times worse.
I'm having a hard time believing this is real question.
Being drunk doesn't excuse you from the things you do when you drink and if you even entertain that thought you aren't responsible enough to be drinking.
You deserve to be dumped for the lack of respect you showed her and I'm dumb founded that any of this would have to be explained to an actual human being.
If you have to ask if it is cheating then the answer is yes.

I drank too much, I did not have sex consensually. Basically I passed out, I'm not sure how I can even get the bear awaken when I'm passed out..
And for a clarification. Last thing I remember
In the living room, watching a movie, took the last shot, after 10 minutes, I woke up to her sister waking me up. Hope that clarifies things, I did not engage in the sex, and not because I was drunk did I make a move on her. I was out.

You're trying to use alcohol as a scapegoat, and you're not likely to find sympathy.
As a person who's been married for a while, understands temptation, gets drunk around attractive (personality, physical, etc) women...there's just no room to say "the booze made me do it". They didn't. You chose to do it, and now you want someone to say it's okay because you feel bad for yourself.
Well, it's time to buck up, buttercup. You made a bad decision, and now you have 2 choices: act like an adult, apologize and take full responsibility OR blame the alcohol, and continue being a selfish person.
Yes, its cheating if your drunk. Unless you were raped/taken advantage of. That would be the only way it isn't cheating.

You are 100% in the wrong here.
If you had been driving drunk, you would be at fault.
If you had started a fight while drunk, your fault.
YOu slept with someone else while drunk, your fault.
Just because you were drunk and dont remember doesnt mean you didnt 'want it'. Your friend didnt 'force' you, you were drunk but you were willing.
You'll be lucky if your girlfriend 'understands' and stays with you. If that happens your only saving point will be to promise her you will never drink again. And dont try and blame everyone else when you talk to her... this is your fuck up, no one elses.
