Our philosophy is Raid Smart, Not Hard. We are looking for adult players who used to raid the hardcore seen but no longer have the time to spend countless hours grinding for world rankings. We want you!!! We believe we can still achieve great success and steady progression with players who know what they are doing and can do it well. First and foremost we want players that can truly execute mechanics. Check us out. Even though our team is fairly young we are moving forward at a great rate. We need you to help us push our progression forward. Aggressive and competitive play style desired but respectful and friendly is extremely important.
Must have at least 7/7 heroic and be 670 item level. Must be able to provide recent logs. Must also apply to guild. We make no exceptions. We are looking for people who have ranked in the top 85% tile of their class. DPS is expected to play all 3 roles effectively.
We currently do not have any attendance issues and no, we are not recruiting for a bench seat. We are looking for a few key roles to strengthen our team/roster. This is for a CORE spot which is earned, not just given. We have not had to pug since the start of WoD. We run a full guild 30 man heroic and 20 man mythic weekly. If you are serious about progression and looking for a guild with a good foundation, we may be it.

Healers - MW Monk, - Holy Pally, - Resto Shaman, - Holy Priest
We have several other openings but most desired listed above. All DPS and Healers are welcomed.
What kind of raiders will be a great fit?
If you are someone who:.
- Wants to raid competitively but has life obligations and can't commit to a 3-4+ night schedule
- Always comes to raids prepared with flasks/potions/food
- Researches fights beforehand to ensure optimal pulls and use of time
- Doesn't need breaks to take the dog out or deal with wife aggro before every boss
- Understands and reads logs to improve your character
- Are on and ready to raid 15 minutes before start time
- Understands the importance of executing mechanics and killing adds instead of tunneling the boss
- Is not a clicker
- Has a history of heroic progression
- Uses healthstones and personal cooldowns to maintain optimal survivability
- HAS A 95% OR HIGHER UPTIME ON YOUR MAIN DOTS/ABILITIES
- Able to handle constructive feedback as well as give it respectfully
- Wants to have fun with a great team of raiders long-term
