    PC Upgrade Build

    http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/fFjsWZ (Prices/stores are all Australian)

    CPU: i5-4690k 3.5GHz
    Heatsink: Thermaltake Frio
    Motherboard: Asus Z97-A ATX
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8gb DDR3-1600
Hard drives: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" SSD
    Western Digital 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB
Power Supply: Corsair CV 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX power supply
Case: Not sure what case I should go with yet, can I get away with a mid tower?

What do you guys think of the parts list so far?

Is that heatsink overkill for this build? I won't be overclocking, pretty much just leave everything as it comes.

For graphics cards I would also consider getting an R9 290x or a GTX 970 if they're better than the 780.

Also any suggestions for a good Wireless Network Adaptor that's relatively cheap?

    - I assume the budget is somewhere around 2k from your list.
    - I included an i7 cause its higher clocked out of the box since you don't want to overclock.
    - Expensive cpu cooler isn't needed for it, i will include a good one but you can be fine with a CM Evo if you want to save.
    - Bigger ssd, less expensive hdd.
    - Better gpu.
    - Corsair CX series is rubbish, the one i proposed is miles ahead in quality.
    - Case aesthetics are personal, but this one has it all. Fractal Design's new case, has all you need except window.
    - Win 8.1 cause why not, why buy old o/s support will end sooner.
    - Added wifi adapter.

If it had enough connectors you could run SLI 970s on it
