I bought this task chair and I've had good experiences with it. It's fairly sturdy, cheap, and not too big of a pain to assemble.

Keep in mind it's designed for sitting in, not reclining in, and it advertises 250 lbs as the max supported weight. I'm at 275 and it's holding up fine, but if you're north of that, you might need to look for a sturdier build.

god damn my fat ass... when im looking online what kind of stuff should i look for to see if the chair wont break when i recline?
or should i just get one that looks sturdy and pray?

Could check for "big and tall" chairs... those will usually be rated for at least 350 lbs, sometimes up to 400 lbs or more. They won't be cheap, though.
