Recruitment
We’re actively recruiting the following specs/classes for our current PvE progression. Please ensure before replying or getting in contact that you’re ready and at the same stage (or further) than us in terms of progression.
That said we will seriously consider any exceptional applicant.
• Mage
• Elemental Shaman
• Disc/Holy Priest
• Feral Druid
As stated above we may ask for separate attributes such as active, competent, reliable and knowledgeable to go along with the classes we require for our raiding core. We take any interest in joining the guild as a social or raiding member seriously.
Raiding Requirements
• Competent play-style – Understand the term constructive criticism.
• Adaptability – Been able to overcome tough situations.
• Reliability – Sign up, turn up and perform.
• Dedicated – The ability to work as part of a team & make sure you become a part of it.
If you do not meet these requirements then we cannot offer you a place in our raiding team. Ensure that all the above matches you as a person as well as your in-game play-style and attitude.
Raid Times - all times are server time.
• Wednesday: 20.00-23.00
• Thursday: 20.00-23.00
• Monday: 20.00-23.00
We’re also currently looking into planning an alt raid night, the day has yet to be decided.
General Info:
Risen has had a core leadership since the early days, a project that we have worked on bit by bit through the expansions. For Warlords we intend to make it our primary focus, pushing every aspect of the game and getting the most out of our game-play. We’re opening recruitment at a point where we feel we can lead with a support system is in place, and we have a foundation to conquer Warlords of Draenor with.
Our ethics are to enjoy our time logged into wow, couple that with a friendly attitude and you'll find things can work out pretty well in the sense of your character progression, be it raiding, competitive pvp or levelling up. The realm has a great reputation and history, we'd like continue it alongside the other brilliant guilds here and drive towards a positive community experience.
Leadership:
Risen uses a Council system to run the guild and it works very well, so the current members of that council are:
Guild-Leader – Elatha, despite his love for his new 4k resolution and constant berating of guildies for standing in the fire he has a keen eye for statistics and theory crafting. He’s one of our reliable healers, and also a top guy.
Officer – Fyascoh, Our beloved raid leader, without this guy’s top notch tactics and reliable leadership we’d all be much less progressed. He’s not all serious though, once you get to know him you’ll start to understand his exclusive brand of humour and entertaining stories.
Officer – Krytain, often referred to as the “paper tank” or “sleepy one” he’s often the butt of the jokes but he likes to give just as much as he receives. Seriously though he’s one of the newest officers but likes to put in 110%. And he makes a splendid edition to an already splendid raiding roster.
Basically put the guild has a strong foundation, with experience in old & new content to push the guild onto setting bigger and better goals.

Hey we're still looking for one or two more people to complete our team, we're now 9/10 normal BRF and 5/10 heroic. The thread title is having a little issue getting changed. :P
