I asume you are refering to the boss tracker thingy.

used to be an addon called Cleanbossbutton but i can't find it as of right now

There is a few ways to move this bar, you could use an addong like RaidMechanicMove (it was from cata no idea if it still works) or you can use Simple Power bar, this can reskin the bar or just make it move the vanila WoW one. You could probs use a script aswell to move it.
